Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • You received the wrong item

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Once verified, we will arrange either:

Refunds

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned after the return request window

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
